Welcome to the Rolle Medical Partnership, Exmouth

This surgery website is designed to give you and your family a comprehensive guide to the services provided by the practice. Our aim is to provide patients in Exmouth a high standard of care in all areas of family medicine and to provide time in consultations for patients to talk and discuss any aspects of their treatment or care.

The doctors believe that maintaining a “personal list” system provides better continuity between patient and doctor this means most of the time you will be able to see the doctor you and your family are registered with.

We have a charter setting out the standards of service we provide. Due to the high standards of care provided we are an accredited training practice for General Practitioners and continue to be involved with the Peninsular Medical School

For a complete description of the many services and clinics that we offer see the practice Information Leaflet - 'Clinics and Services'.

Test Results

For results of blood tests, x-rays etc, please call in personally or telephone after 1.00 pm, as all results have to be checked first by your doctor.

Appointments

Appointments are made for the Health Centre and Treetops (branch surgery) by visiting reception at either site or by telephoning (01395) 226530 during office hours.

Change of personal details

Please can you ensure you let a member of the reception team know if you change your address or telephone number, or use the 'update personal details' link on this website. We are increasingly finding when we wish to contact a patient that their telephone number is incorrect - especially in the age of the ever upgraded mobile phone, when numbers can change frequently.  Thank you.
