As we come to the end of another busy year we thank our patients for being kind and respectful to our team in what has been some challenging times.

It has been a busy 12 months, earlier in the year and over recent weeks we have supported the covid and flu vaccination programme- the feedback from these clinics has been very positive. We have administered many vaccines at both of our surgery sites, during home visits and across 10 local care homes.

We have had a change in partners recently with Dr Paul Harkness and Dr Sarah Andrews joining the 7 existing partners meaning we now have 9 partners in total. Dr Kirsty Gillies has joined us as an associate GP and in February Dr Alix Martin will also join us on a permanent basis.

We are pleased to welcome 2 new nurse practitioners, Emma and Debbie and our nursing team has grown with some fantastic, new phlebotomists on board.

We have also expanded our admin team, they continue to provide an excellent level of support with care navigation, prescriptions, appointments, general queries, referrals, medical secretary work , processing of documents, results and letters and much, much more!

As a well established teaching practice the number of students we have supported this year has grown and continues to do so.

We are always grateful to our Patient Participation Group members (PPG), they continue to support us with developing our services and attending meetings. If anyone would like to join the PPG are always welcoming new members.

And finally, following an inspection in August this year we were very pleased to successfully retain our OUTSTANDING status from the CQC.

May we take this opportunity to wish you well and have a Happy and Healthy 2023.

From the Team at Rolle.
