In the last 5 months we have undertaken 35,613  appointments which is 6,445 appointments more than this time last year.

As you are aware we have had to work differently during the Covid pandemic by introducing e-consultations and more telephone appointments which has been in line with the government guidance.  We have continued to hold triage appointments, face to face appointments and e-consultations during the pandemic, whilst maintaining the safety of our staff and patients.

All our staff have been working hard to keep everyone safe and we continue to do so. 

We have been continuing to see patients face to face for appointments,  administering all types of immunisations (baby, children, influenza and covid 19) whilst retaining our covid safety measures. We have undertaken over 15,000 vaccinations since October.  All our staff are working incredibly hard.   Our administrative team take over 1700 telephone calls a week so if you are unable to get through please be patient and keep trying or use the e-consultation facility.  The demand is high and we are working hard to meet all your needs.
