Our Raleigh Surgery site will be closed from Monday 4th August to Friday 8th August inclusive for urgent and essential maintenance works.

This site will reopen on Monday 11th August at 8am. If you need medical assistance during this time, please either:

• For non-urgent medical or administration requests, you can also contact online via our website
• In an emergency, please call 999.
