Message from Rolle Medical Partnership regarding COVID-19
Rolle Medical Partnership are working really hard to support everyone in the local community, we have remained open and have been providing care throughout the pandemic. Moving forward we need your help to make sure we are available for the patients who need us most.
With the danger of Covid-19 still very much present in Devon we have measures in place to protest patients and staff by reducing unnecessary contact. This is to limit face to face contact where possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus and flu. We have all had to adapt to new ways in the last few months to keep us all safe.
The administration team work hard to ensure that we are accessible to you and to support you with navigating you to the best person to meet your needs. Our clinicians continue to provide a high level of patient care.
We are all human beings trying to get through this together and helping you as being we can.
During the 3 month period from June to August the team took nearly 21,000 calls. During the same period our clinicians carried out nealry 16,000 telephone and face to face appointments
We do appreciate your patience and co-operation. We are upgrading our telephone system and are having more phone lines installed, in order to ensure we can provide a quality service to you and to meet the high demand. Please persevere if you are experiencing difficulties in getting through to the team.
If you have any special requirements e.g. hard of hearing or sight impairment, please let the administration team know so that adjustments can be put in place to help you.
Face to face appointments are available to all patients but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you. We are all working doubly hard as this means some patients may need 2 appointments, a telephone triage and face to face as demand is so high.
